1. Who We Are

  • CryptoTaxIsEasy is an international crypto tax preparation and consulting service. We help traders, DeFi users, NFT collectors, and miners worldwide prepare accurate tax reports and optimize legally under their local rules.

2. What You’re Paying For

  • A fixed-fee service (quoted upfront)
  • Human-reviewed crypto tax reports and optimization strategies
  • Year-round chat support for new trades, airdrops, or questions (if included in your package)
  • Delivery of final files (CSV, PDF, TXF, etc.)

3. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide complete and accurate data (CSVs, read-only API keys, wallet addresses)
  • Use only read-only connections (never withdrawal-enabled keys)
  • Pay the fixed fee before the work is started
  • File your own taxes or forward our reports to your local accountant/advisor

4. Our Promises

  • Fixed price – no surprise charges
  • We never ask for private keys or seed phrases
  • All API keys deleted within 24 hours of syncing
  • Uploaded files deleted 30 days after delivery (or earlier on request)
  • Fast, human responses (usually <4 hours on weekdays)

5. Refunds

  • Full refund if we haven’t started work
  • No refunds once we’ve begun reviewing your transactions
  • If we make a material error, we fix it free of charge

6. Important Disclaimers

  • Our reports are for informational and preparation purposes only
  • You (or your local professional) remain fully responsible for filing and for the accuracy of anything submitted to tax authorities
  • Tax rules vary by country and change constantly – we work with the best available guidance at the time of preparation

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, lost crypto, tax penalties, interest, or emotional distress).
  • We are not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate data you provided, or from changes in tax laws after delivery.
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.

8. Termination

  • Either of us can end the agreement anytime before final payment.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus (common for international crypto services). Any disputes will be resolved in Cyprus courts.

10. Changes to This Policy

  • We’ll email you if we ever make material changes.
